ARDEN SOFTWARE ACQUIRES
GENLINE...
Dear Genline Customer,
I knew 2008 was going to be a great year for Genline and its
customers. This year marks 25 years for Genline serving the
packaging, diemaking and diecutting industries. We have seen many
changes over the years, especially in the growth of the Impact CAD
software. Now I have a major announcement that will benefit our
customers greatly.
Arden Software, the developer of Impact CAD, has purchased the
assets of Genline Systems, Inc. and created Arden Software North
America. This new company has the resources to greatly increase
Impact CAD’s presence in the North American market and better serve
our existing customer base. Duane and I are a part of this new
company, and be joined by other professionals with the goal to make
our customers the happiest in the industry.
