Solution Center - Search the Arden Software Knowledge Base of
Solutions
The Arden Software Knowledge Base is a
searchable database of solutions to common problems and also
contains "how-to" tips. The knowledge base currently has
over 600 entries that are filed by category making them
easier to locate.
This Solution Center is only available to those users holding
either a Gold or
Platinum SMA (Software Maintenance Agreement). It is a
secure site that requires a valid user name and password. If
you wish to use this knowledge base and do not have a user
name, you can request one
here.

Remote Control Support Sessions
The Arden Software WebEx portal provides access to
support sessions. This technology
allows a support representative to take control of your
computer (with your permission) to fix problems, or perform
training, installations & configuration.

Downloads
Most downloads are hosted on
ImpactCAD.net, which
requires a valid user name and password. You can register
